After a prolonged Spinal problem I decided the time hade come to diet

My weight had reached a huge (for me anyway) 187 lb (13 stone 5lb)

My ideal weight according to doctors is 8.5-9 stone but I decided to aim for 10 stone (140lb)

Month 10 sees me at 142lb almost there

 

I decided to go back onto the weight watchers points diet plan as it had worked once before

Here is a record of my weight loss

I have now stabilised at a little over 10 1/2 stone

And have decided to be happy with that now

I am currently in a size 12 jeans

 

The weight watchers points plan does allow to to eat more or less anything but in proper quantities

foods like fruit and salad are almost no points so you can eat lots of these to bulk out the higher point meats etc

high point foods like chocolate etc can still be enjoyed but as an occasional treat as opposed to every day
