Our goal is for 38 of 50 States to amend the Constitution for a few suggested purposes such as Balancing the Budget, Regulating Federal Spending, and Establishing Official Term Limits.

If the US Federal Government ever became out-of-control, our founders gave the people, via their states, a way to amend our Constitution without completely relying on the US Congress.

Article V of the U.S. Constitution empowers the states to call for a Convention of States (COS).

Ratification of any amendments would require a minimum of 38 states in favor.
