All squadrons will include a Squad Leader (not necessarily of the actual SL profession), and 9 soldiers each. After SE, a pilot will be added to each squadron. Squad leaders will be decided through promotions, and skill level, and will auutomatically be promoted to Sergeant (if not already a Sgt).
