Project

The manantial apartments have been built with the best construction materials, wide windows, the best workers and was personaly supervised by Beatriz Orvaņanos herself. Next you will find blueprints for the project, photographs and brief descriptions of each of the apartments. The Idea is to have a residential complex where each of the apartments is unique, has its own private areas but also with areas to share and meet the other tenants. The orientation has a very important job along with the soace that has been asigned for the low manteinance green areas and walk ways. The fountains and pools have a decorative job as well as the cleaning of grey water. At the moment the 2nd part of the project is in process of construction, and is currently in pre-sale stage.
