The Picklemobile
The Picklemobile, a native of Germany, moved to the United States at an early age where it grew up in Oregon. As a young van it travelled throughout the southwest, midwest, and northwest. Throughout its childhood it was nurtured by the Bruland family who adopted it at the age of 2. It spent the middle years of its life in the Bruland driveway serving as a guestroom and a storage facility. Later in life it was abused by a high school student who held candlelight cult rituals inside. The van has survived two complete engine transplants and one engine bypass surgery. It is unknown how far it has travelled - 270,000 or 370,000 miles. Despite being 27 it still wasn't ready to venture out on its own and was then adopted by Aaron (who was also born in 1976). Having shown its worth in several California adventures, it is now ready to prove it mettle again. Beep Beep.

Jeannie Bruland
Jeannie Bruland, an Oregon native is happy to be able to travel back to the state of Jefferson. For those who aren't in the know, look for Jefferson Public Radio and you just might find out. She is a teacher at Lighthouse Community Charter School and spends all her spare time writing, knitting, solving crossword puzzles, and reading with a kitten on her lap. She lives in Oakland with her partner Aaron and her two cats, Laafi and Denali.

Bruce Karhoff
Bruce Karhoff, a native of the middle of nowhere Ohio, is happy to get out of the messy, noisy, hectic, and hip life he leads in the BIG APPLE. He has been teaching there for the past few years while he attempts to reach his goal of mis-spending his money on at least one big expensive show a month. Rumor has it he brings a different girl to each show. In the fall he will be going where no one has gone before by piloting a new small learning environment called BETA. This means that none of us will hear from him again over the next four years. He lives in the Manhattan with two mistresses. His goals include moving to the Bronx with one of them and going to visit Burkina next summer. Bruce recently starred as the Doorstop opposite Gus in a Moosejaw production of Little Chicago. It isn't too often you hear a '20s Chicago gangster finish his sentences with 'eh.

Aaron Vanderwerff
Aaron Vanderwerff, a native of Libertyville, Illinois, is happy to have dragged two of his friends out to the middle-of-nowhere in a break-down-prone vehicle. He has worked tirelessly for the last two months trying to make the ship sea-worthy. He pays for these repairs by teaching High School Science in San Lorenzo. While not working, Aaron enjoys cooking, cleaning, doing dishes, planting herbs for others to trample, and swearing at the van when it doesn't work right - which is about 97% of the time. Aaron lives in Oakland with his two cats and his super cute girlfriend.
