First bend the part the goes into the HS flush with the rest of the wire.
Then bend about half of it back:
The last step is to bend the clip to fit the part of the fan that sticks out over the heatsink:
If your fan has a grill, you can stick the clips under the grill for better support. The finished product on the motherboard should look like these:
