BLACK BEAN-n-CORN SALAD.....by....X-RENEGADE
Here are some recipies I use at my bar .... Try them out you will like them also..******************************* Black Bean and Corn Salad *******************************1 can (15oz)Black Beans drained and rinsed2c frozen corn thawed and drained4 jalapeņo peppers seeded and chopped1 small red onion, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice1 Tbsp olive oil 2 tsp chili powderMix the beans,corn , peppers,tomatoes, onion and garlic in large bowl . Stir together the lemon or lime juice, olive oil and chili powder and pur over the salad
