Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake
2 8 oz pkgs of philly cream cheese softened,2 cups graham cracker crumbs,quater
cup margerine , melted 3/4cup sugar,1tsp ground nutmeg 3 eggs,i can pumpkin,3/4
tsp cinnamon
combine graham crumbs and butter(u may find u need more than recipe calls for),
press into springform pan.combine,cream cheese,1/2 cup sugar and vanilla,mix.
add eggs 1 at a time.reserve 1 cup of cheese mixture.to that add rest of
ingredients.pour plain cheese mixture into pan w/graham crumbs,to other
reserved cup of ingredients pour over cheese layer in pan.with a knife cut
threw top of mixture to make swirls. bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.when
done loosen cake from pan and cool completely and then chill.
