NEW YEARS EVE CHAMPAIGNE COCKTAIL 1 cup sugar Dash Bitters Twist of Lemon Chilled Champagne Put sugar cube, bitters and lemon twist in the bottom of a champagne glass. Fill glass with chilled champagne. VALENTINES DAY LOVE 2 oz. Sloe Gin 1 Egg White 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice Several Drops Raspberry Syrup Fill mixing glass with ice. Add sloe gin, egg white, lemon juice and raspberry syrup. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. SAINT PATRICKS DAY MOCHA JAVA 3/4 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream 3/4 oz. Kahlua Hot Coffee Whipped Cream Pour Bailey's and Lahlua into a mug. Fill with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream. INDEPENDEANCE DAY STARS AND STRIPES 1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy 1 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth 2 Dashes Orange Bitters Fill mixing glass with ice. Add apple brandy, sweet vermouth and orange bitters. Shake. Starin into a chilled cocktail glass. HALLOWEEN BLACK WITCH 1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum 1/4 oz. Dark Rum 1/4 oz. Apricot Brandy 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice Fill mixing glass with ice. Add gold rum, dark rum, apricot brandy and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. CHRISTMAS EGGNOG 1 dozen Eggs 2 cups Superfine Granulated Sugar 1 pt. Jamaican Rum 1 pt. Cognac 3 pts. Milk 1 pt. Cream Seperate eggs. Beat yolks and sugar until thick. Add rum, cognac, milk and cream. Stir mixture. Set aside and chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, put this mixture into a punch bowl. Do NOT add ice cubes. Beat egg whites (until they are stiff) and flod into egg mixture. Do NOT bear or stir. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. (Makes approximately 28-30 servings)
