You should feel encouraged and required, to join marching band.  Trust me you have a friend in marching band already, if you happen to be a cheerleader or football player or a certain orchestra dork, you have about 16,000 enemies in the great state of Ohio already and about 75 at Indian Hill. Whether it be color guard, pit, or any marching instrument (especially sousaphone (45-pound ring of metal resting on our left shoulder,)) join!
