You have a great little cottage set in a tranquil French village to spend a peaceful but exciting holiday.

Our miners cottage has been renovated in October 2003, with new  floor covering throughout, new fitted kitchen and separate upstairs shower. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster etc, and is fully equipped for up to 4 people. Downstairs is a kitchen/dining room (with dining seating for up to 4) and a lounge room . Upstairs is the two bedrooms with a double and single bed (total sleeps 6). also a washroom with separate shower, basin and toilet. The cottage was once an minors cottage and one in the terrace in the historic village Fontenay-le-Comte. It  looks down towards the rest of the village which is now mainly occupied by retired locals.  The large front garden provides off road parking as well as a shaded area for BBQ's. At the end of the street, within 5 mins walk, is one of the best restaurants in the area. This holiday cottage is ideal for one or two couples wanting to get away from it all.
