Ranchero Scrambled Eggs:

3 eggs
3 Tbs. milk
Butter
Cheese
Bacon Bits
Green Onion
Parsley
Salsa
Salt + Pepper

Melt 2 tbs. of butter in a pan on medium heat. Whisk the eggs, milk
and salt and pepper together. Add this mixture to the pan once
butter has melted. After about 3 minutes break the mixture up in
the pan and add the remaining ingredients (Except parsley). Allow to
cook for 2-3 more minutes, then add the parsley and serve.

                                                                        Serves 2 people.
