CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Mrs. Robyn Rowe Purvis, 38, of 10008 Deer Brook Lane, died Wednesday, May 20, 1998, in High Point.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, with the Rev. Sandra Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. Purvis, a native of Augusta, was a territory manager with Unified Merchant Services and a member of Forrest Hill Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Dean A. Purvis; one son, Andrew Alan Purvis, Charlotte; one daughter, April Arline Purvis, Charlotte; her parents, Jimmy and Norma Rowe, Augusta; and one brother, James C. Rowe III, Lawrenceville, Ga.

Pallbearers will be John Stanley, Lee Webster, Ellie Daniel, Will Greene, Pat O'Neil, John Gardner, Nick Greene and Johnny Hollins.
