There is no typical "brazilian cuisine" or "meals".

Brazil is a very big land with many immigrants (indians, africaners, italians, germans and portugueses) and these people have brought their delicious and fantastic influences to us, which resulted in a very special exclusive culinary mxture...

The exotic "Brazilian Cuisine" was built this way.

I have placed here some of my favorite recipes, collected from my family, the Web and some of them of my own regarding the brazilian kitchen with all its fantastic sides and colors, smells, full of fantasy and improvisation, a mixture of so many nations.
No wonder, its my german husband favorites cuisine.

I hope you will find pleasure in it.

I know it may sound a little bit strange how we mix very different ingredients together.. and that it still tastes... maybe this is the right way!
