Welcome to Fiction Plane's new drummer, Pete Wilhoit ( Peter Francis Wilhoit). Pete comes from Bloomington Indiana, and made a great effort to audition for Fiction Plane. With his strong jazz/pop background, Pete has been involved in many bands in the Bloomington area, including his own band The Cutters.
Pete is replacing Santa's Boyfriend drummer Olly Taylor.

FICTION PLANE has finished recording their debut cd in LA!!! They are still without a drummer, so filling in on the CD is Abe Laboriel, a really rocking drummer with a long list of credits including playing with Sting during his recent tour and currently on tour with Paul McCartney. They are now mixing the cd, so keep a heads up for some promo stuff real soon!!!>br> !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SANTA'S BOYFRIEND TO RECORD WITH MCA!!

Santa's Boyfriend will be in LA this August and September recording their debut EP and CD for MCA Records. They have written 35 new songs this past year, so they have plenty of great songs to choose from, ( and enough for a few more CDs too)! Look for them to do some extensive touring at the end of the year to promote the EP, and to continue touring through next year to support the CD. The band is VERY excited at this great turn of events, but couldn't possibly be as excited as all their fans!! No word on whether they will stick with the name "Fiction Plane".
