My Virtual Photo Album

Welcome to my online photo album.

On May 24th, 2002 on Alex's Birthday, we took a trip to San Francisco. It was a three day trip. It was an amazing trip, we went to the China town, Italian Courter, and Fisherman's Wharf(Pier). We went to places like Lombard Street. Sailed on the boat, it took us upclose to the Golden State Bridge, an offcial home of the sea lions, and ofcourse Alcatraz.

The First Day.

Inside the restaurant. Outside the restaurant.
We've arrived to San Francisco at 4 o'clock on May 24th. We went with couple of our
friends to the Italian Restaurant, the pasta that we ate there was very good.

Later that day.

Lombard
Street
Grardelli Square San Francisco at night China Town

A cable car passes above Lombard Street, "the crookedest street in the world," which makes eight
sharp turns in one block. Colorful Hydrangeas line the street.

Ghirardelli Square, located near Fisherman's Wharf, is an old brick chocolate factory that has been
converted into an elegant shopping complex with many fine restaurants.

At night San Fracisco is very beautiful, but also very very windy. :)

ChinaTown in San Francisco is the lagrest town in America. Over 30,000 people leave in Chinatown.

The Second Day.

On the second day, the first place that we went was Fisherman's Wharf(Pier39). On the Pier we saw sealions,
we later bought tickets for a boat trip around Alcatraz and Golden State Bridge. The boat trip was about one
hour and thirty minutes long. It was very windy, in San Francisco 80% percent of the time it's very very windy.
I think you can even see that by our photos.

Next we went to the Palace of Fine Arts.

The Palace of fine arts. These are the remaining structures left from the Pan Pacific Fair.
It is now the home of the Exploration, a learning environment for the young and old.

We also took a good picture of a swan, which came out pretty good.

This is another look at the Palace from a higher view. It also grabs a view of Golden State Bridge.

Day three

We left Sanfrancisco in the morning, we didn't want to leave. It has reminded us of Europe, it is very
beautiful, it is diffrent from Los Angeles, but unfortunatly we had to leave. When we have
arrived home, we were very tired and wanted to sleep.

At the end we had good time and were left with alot of good memories.
