Installing filters to Psp Version 7 and higher require two files which must be installed in your C:\Windows\System folder.

After you have installed the above two files you'll need to create a folder called plugins or filters whichever you prefer. Create it in your Psp Directory. C:\Jasc Software Inc\Paint shop Pro 7\Filter or Plugins. One more step and your finished! Open Psp if it is not already under file on your drop down tool bar menu go under file location a sub menu should pop up, click on the tab that is marked plugin filters and hit the browse button to locate your filter/plugin folder and click ok.

Once you have installed a filter if you can't get it too work check the following:
1. You have a open image and if its in *.gif format that you have increased
the color depth too 16 million.
