Therapy provides you with a chance to heal the pain in your life and the pain in your relationships. Even if the pain seems insurmountable, like from an affair, there still remains a real chance of making things better. We can't be sure of the length of that journey but it is a trip we will take one step at a time. I try to make this a safe place for accomplishing the healing process and it is a process we will accomplish together.

Most of us have the strength and inner resources to deal with the problems we're faced with in everyday life. However, there are times when troubling circumstances come along that knock us off balance. It could be a broken relationship, a death, a job loss, any number of painful situations. Therapy can help you work through the difficulty whether it is situational and short term or the result of issues from the past which may take longer to explore and resolve. Having practiced for over 20 years, I am well qualified in both individual and relationship therapies and can provide a safe, supportive environment where you will feel heard and understood with the ultimate goal of helping you restore your equilibrium and providing you with the tools to live the life that you choose
