 To
better make the figures stand out, which is the most important element
in the image, I put the back- and foregrounds slightly out of focus.
That's just a simple blur. Since each -ground is on its own layer,
it's even simpler. I gave the background a Gaussian Blur of 0.5 pixels,
and the foreground of 2 pixels. Now it looks like there's a focus effect
to the picture. |

 The
last step was to resize the image, if needed, to it's final resolution.
72DPI is the standard for Web graphics, so stick with that. Finally,
I added my sig info (Name, date, etc), and it was finished. tHE eND |
