The World's Most Annoying Deck

So, ya wanna piss somebody off? This deck is the perfect tool. Some of these cards may be hard to get or find, but if ya want them bad enough, I'd suggest getting them at Starcityccg.com (there's a link on the Links page). Here's the buildup:

2 Rancor

Land

4 City of Brass 5 Island 2 Maze of Ith 3 Mountain 6 Plains 4 Tundra

Ok, Here's how to use specific cards:

1)Divine Intervention

This is the main card of the whole deck. I only included one because it is old and hard to find in places. Wouldn't your opponent just loooove to sit through an hour long game to have it be a draw? Only play him if you can defend it from spells like Erase or Scour. BUT, if they only Disenchant it, you can break out a Feldon's Cane or Replenish to start the fun again!

2)Arcane Laboratory

This card is very versital in this deck. It can be used to slow the game to a crawl, or be used to protect your Divine Intervention from being killed if you have a Forbid.

3)Capsize and Forbid

Possibly two of the most annoying buyback spells in the game, and they are of course blue! Having these in your hand with plenty o' mana and a lot of extra cards will make your opponent cry. But if you don't want to buy them back, just use another one or a Feldon's Cane.

4)Rancor

There are hardly any good reasons to actually cast this. You should acctually use it to pay for the buyback cost of Forbid. Watch your opponent's looks of agony as you counter his spells and get your Forbid back by discarding two Rancors.

5)Worship and Humility

Divine Intervention isn't the only card your opponent will loathe on site, oh no! When Humility gets played, watch his creatures become near-worthless 1/1s. Watch his look of horror when his Lin Sivvi and Greel, Mindraker just sit there. Laugh as he cries over his 3rd turn Convertous Dragon is now just a tiny 1/1. Also, when you get out Worship and become near-invincible he will feel like he's in the Game From Hell. Arcane Lab works well, because if you have a Forbid, he'll blow his chance to destroy either one. Rub it in by getting them both as close to him as possible.

6)Shahrazad

If you haven't gotten your Divine Intervention out or just want to grind your opponent's soul into a fine powder, this is the way to go. Using Fork and Feldon's Cane, it can be cast up to 6 times! After the first couple, though, they will probably break down into a sobbing mass. If you can afford it, you may want to add a second copy to add the fun of casting one in your subgame to play another subgame! The fun just dosen't end!

7)Mother of Runes

Possibly one of the best one cating cost weenies ever made, the Mother will help you get along until you get the Intervention in play. It can help make one of your blockers unkillable, or protect a Peacekeeper from a Snuff Out or Lightning Bolt. Combind it with an Arcane Lab and your creatures should stay around until the Apocalipse.

8)Chaos Moon and Solder of Fortune

No, these don't have anything to do with the main thrust of the deck, but they can both be annoying as hell. Combind Chaos Moon with Flickering Ward to have a Gauntlet of Might effect. The Solder of Fortune is easy to use. Its an easy way to make a Soothsaying worthless!

A Final Note:

Don't play with this deck against someone you have any respect for, it will totally make them dispise you. This is meant to use against that one person that always Mind Twists you for fun. I think you know who I'm talkin about. This would also be fun to take to a tourney...but play at your own risk!
