Duties:

My main duties are as an estimator. Our company deals in GFRC & GFRG pre-cast products. I maintain contract for current projects, I talk with builders & developers on a multitude of different projects & new/custom products. I assist designers & architects with technical questions in regards to our product & installation. I am also in charge of imputing, tracking & shipping of materials for our dealers. I have excellent organization skills and can work with little and/or no supervision.

 Duties:

  I would say that the base of my job description is customer service. By, maintaining a direct communication between Coronado Stone and our customers.

   I take phone inquiries from homeowners, contractors, dealers, designers and architects regarding the wide variety of products and colors that Coronado has to offer. I answer any technical and installation questions that our customers have.

   I provide our dealers with stock checks and give tentative lead dates for orders that have to go into production. I keep customers informed on the progress of their product and assist in the freighting of product and/or set up product for delivery. Talking with LTL freight companies and freight brokers for rate quotes and product “pick ups.”

   With a better understanding of our product and wider knowledge of the colors obtained since I started at Coronado. I try to assist the other Sales & Order Desk people in any way possible. Answering any questions and resolving any issues that don’t have any need for escalation .
