Parkmerced was purchased by Carmel Companies/JP Morgan Chase three years ago, and conditions in this community under the management of Olympic View Realty have since deteriorated significantly. Parkmerced residents are encouraged to post messages and to submit photographs (either print or digital) of problems which the Parkmerced management team has failed to address. Please make sure to note the date and time of each photograph. Examples: filthy laundry rooms, unkempt grounds, vandalism, etc. Report specific examples of management's failure or unwillingness to respond to your issues such as lax security, non-uniform lease renewal procedures, or any other problems which must be addressed.
Please mail comments to parkmercedresidents@yahoo.com. You may attach to your emails digital photographs of issues of concern to be downloaded to this web site for display. If you have print photographs you would like displayed here please mail them to the PRO address (PRO, P.O. Box 335, 2570 Ocean Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94132). Be sure to provide the following information with each photograph (digital or print) submitted: 1. the date the problem occured, 2. the date the photograph was taken, and 3. the date you contacted Parkmerced management to request that the problem be resolved. Each submission will be reviewed before being posted to the PRO web site.
