Recipe of the week: Italian Chicken Soup

Hello fellow recipe lovers, I hope you enjoy this recipe, it is a cure from the olden days and what doctors recommend for common olds.

Before we begin it's important that you spare one and a half hours of your time to prepare this meal.

INGREDIENTS:

2 chicken legs
2 onions
2 potatoes
salt
pepper
parmesan cheese
package of small pasta (Any kind of your own desire)

You will need two pots: one will be a medium-size pot, the other will be a smaller pot-enough for your pasta. (The pasta package should have 500 grams.)

Fill both pots up with water. (The first big pot is where you will make the exact soup itself.)

Wash both chicken legs. (DO NOT TAKE OF THE SKIN-this is exactly what will make your soup CHICKEN SOUP) Put both chicken legs in the pot.

Next, peel the skin off the potatoes and cut them in small squares. Wash the potatoes and place them in the pot. Then peel the 2 onions, wash and add them in the pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt and a dash of pepper in the water.

(Did you know that pepper helps an appetite. A know fact from a stomach doctor which is why the stomach feels better after soup.)

Let us continue: cover the big pot full of ingredients and let boil for one hour. IMPORTANT: after a half hour has gone by it’s important to add a half a cup of water into the pot because the water evaporates.

While that is preparing it is time for you to cook your pasta separately and add it to the other pot of water. Cook accordingly to the instructions on the pasta package.

After the hour, you should have your pasta and your soup cooked. Now the finishing touch to your homemade Italian soup.

Remove the chicken and onions from the pot Peel the skin from the chicken - CAUTION: THE CHICKEN IS HOT. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Cut small pieces from the 2 chicken legs and put it in your soup. Cut up your onions in small pieces, place it into your soup along with your already cooked pasta. Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, and cook your soup for another 5 minutes.

Now you have Italian homemade soup, great for dinner of 4, or just because your not feeling well. It works for any reason. P.S. For the men are attempting this recipe, invite a lady friend over. you will surprise them and they will love you even more.
