Innsbruck's traffic lights are similar in design to Germany's but have the flashing green before yellow phase, as in the rest of Austria.
This one is from the Südtiroler Platz next to the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof/Central station.

Note it looks little different than those found in Germany.
