Didn't make it to Frauenfeld in December 2001.
So better late than never - I visited Frauenfeld on 12 November 2002. To see the red-yellow signal, you will have to climb the hill from the SBB train station, follow the narrow-gauge rail up to Frauenfeld-Marktplatz.
