The Three Levels of Sirius Empowerment are direct correspondences (reflections) of the Universal, three-degree, initiatory system. The Major Sirius Empowerments provide you permanently with the ability to utilize these healing energies for yourself and others. Sirius is the Greek word for the brightest star in our night-time sky. Xin is the Chinese word for Star (Sirius is known as the "Wolf Star" to the Orientals).
Sirius has been transmitted for aeons through an unbroken lineage of Initiators. The lineage was introduced to the western world in 1985 by a Tibetan known to us only as Lama Xin (this is a title of his function and not his personal name).
In comparison to Reiki, the Sirius energies are stronger. That is: Reiki is more Yin in nature (gentle, supportive, and subtle) while Sirius is much more Yang (strong, powerful, and surgical).

The Levels
Xin : The (optional) preliminary Xin Attunement reinforces the link between the Earth and Star energies through the Hara Line to produce a healing radiance. Xin, the Chinese word for Star, is pronounced "Shin."

The ALPHA Empowerment
Sirius Level 4 :
The Sanctuary on the Mental PlaneTo receive this Empowerment, a three month period must elapse after receiving Level 3 and an examination must be passed.
This Empowerment provides a stable reference point on the mental plane, correlating with the yogic practice of Dharana (concentration).
At this Level, one is eligible to receive the 3rd Veil Opening. This level reflects the psychological archetype of a balanced personality at the Veil of Paroketh (Illusion), poised for contact with the Soul on the causal plane.

The Theory of
Empowerment
The Theory of Empowerment according to Lama Xin states that, "The physical body is built upon the Etheric vehicle, which is a network made up of the Nadis (lines of force). The Etheric vehicle is the "blueprint" which governs how our physical bodies are built, how well they function (including healing and repair), and how we physically appear. Where two Nadis cross, we have an acupuncture point; where seven Nadis meet, we find a plexus; where twelve or more Nadis intersect, we find a Chakra (center).
"Each Nadi, or line of force, is composed of filaments which are like fiber-optic strands. The filaments in most people are clogged, sluggish, and only sporadically conductive. The empowerments (specifically the veil openings) attune and clear the filaments in order to conduct a full flow of energy in a reliable, repeatable manner.
"Sirius Empowerment energies may be utilized at any time without negative transfer in either direction. For example, if you are very tired you may still use the energy to heal others without further depleting yourself; in fact, you will benefit from it as the rejuvenating energy must move through (and clear) your Nadis before reaching the person being treated. Negative states, such as confusion, anger, or depression, are neither transferred from you to another person nor from another person to you, due to a unique, built-in screening process which is inherent in the Sirius Empowerment Procedures."

Additional Concepts
Our discussion on "Empowerment" has been limited to the transference of healing energies and the "power" to transmit those same energies to other people, in limited, safe systems of delivery. These systems are ideal for practitioners who wish to enhance their healing skills and for all people who wish to balance themselves by working with energies and consciousness.
However, there is a deeper form of Empowerment. It is not particularly limited nor safe, for it has few fixed rules and one is exposed to all the problems in the Universe. We liken the practices of healthcare and healing energy empowerment to what the Tibetans call, "The Long Path."
But, there is also the other path, the "Short Path," the path of self- discipline; we call it "The Path of Initiation." We merely mention it, because Sirius is a reflection of that greater endeavor.
