Bridesmaid Dresses

There are a lot of greens in the world.  Theses pictures are to illustrate possible colors, not necessarily styles, although color may not be the same on your computer screen as mine.  Of course, the exactly right color of green dress would have to be found in person at a store, as well as the style.   Right now, I think I do prefer a floor length dress and I know I do not want a pale minty green as that is way overdone AND I want more color!

This designer apparently felt the combination of green and purple worked well together.  I think I like a green color along the lines of the one in this picture the best, however, I like the style of the purple dress better.

Flowers

I would want bouquets with a mix of fresh green and merlot colors, but I could only find a picture of one with that combination and even it is not quite green enough for me...

                                ...So imagine the merlot calla lilies on the end mixed with the green sprigs from the  middle bouquet.

Green invitations Wayne & I like.                                                                   A wedding ring I think would be nice for Wayne & I think he agrees...

The Cake

I love this cake!  It totally rocks and it is green with purple!  I would maybe lose a little of the pink and add even more purple!!!

Wedding Dresses I Like

Have I mentioned Wayne wants me to wear a "real" wedding dress, not an informal style?  So here I go, Fairy Princess Terra!

Dress #1: I don't really want a strapless, but I (and Wayne) really like this dress.  I figure, I could probably get some straps put on it if this was "The One".

                            The train is removable.                                                                                  I really like the front treatment.

Dress #2:  I am not sure I like this one as well as Dress #1, but it does already have straps.  I don't think I like ribbon around the waist, but that is obviously removable.  I think that if I were to have the ribbon, it would have to also be in white, not a different color.

And Finally ... Let's Remember our possible location...

Here are some photos of the meal from the tasting ... a duet plate of filet mignon & chicken madeira (but Wayne & I are actually leaning towards filet & salmon) and a cranberry almond salad with raspberry vinaigrette.  Don't worry, the chef also described a very nice-sounding vegetarian entree to us!
