Trading Rules

Here are the trading rules:

1. Fair trades only. Meaning if I trade you 6 Hrs. of Home Videos then you trade me 6 Hrs. of Home Videos. If I trade you 4 Hrs. of TV Appearances then you trade me 4 Hrs. of TV Appearances. Whatever that's fair.

2. Please included a print out or hand written paper with the name of the appearances you are trading for along with your email address and address. This will make everything easier and clear.

3. I know a lot of people have been scammed before and are afraid to send their stuff first. My policy is that if you have ratings on any popular auction site such as yahoo, ebay, or amazon then we can send out the package at the same time. If you don't have ratings, then you will have to send your stuff first before I send mine because I have ratings. No acceptions would be made because I have been scammed too much and the feeling isn't good. Don't give me people whom you have traded with before because how do I know that its not one of your friends or your other email address. That happened to me before.

4. Tapes have to be brand new. I don't want tapes that have been recorded over and over again. I will use brand new tapes too.

5. If you want to trade you have to be honest with the condition of the tape. I am always honest about the condition. I hope you are too.

6. Shipping has to be fair too. If I ship using priority mail then you have to do the same thing. If I ship using regular package mail then you do the same. Insured mail has to be negoctiated between us. If you want it insured then I'll do that. But you have to insure mine too.

7. Just a warning : If anybody does scam me I will report them for mail fraud and post their address, email address, and name on other trade pages for the most un-wanted list. If anyone has been scammed they should do the same thing that way other people won't get scam.

8. If the package is damaged in anyway then you will have to send me another one. I will do the same. If the tape is damaged in anyway you will have to replace it. If you or I are not satisfy because of damage or bad quality then you have to replace the tape with a better quality one.

9. Please email me as soon as you get the package so I know you got it.
