RE: Criminal activities created with hypnosis intended to demonstrate extreme possibilities for law enforcement and government.

Dear FBI,

Serious crimes have and are being caused by illegal use of hypnosis for the purpose of getting the attention of law enforcement and government. I am forced into the role of communicating a competent, rational understanding of what is happening. Due to as many as 1000 missing court case files from the public record of Santa Barbara California, your appreciation of what is possible with hypnosis may be limited. There is a great deal of missing knowledge vital to being able to accurately evaluate what this presentation of information claims. Serious, illegal manipulation of the subconscious minds of United States citizens from childhood through life.

Keep in mind that although there is a great deal of information here that is unrelated to the concerns of the FBI, everything I present to the FBI is referentially vital to understanding exactly what is related to FBI concerns. Be certain that when those concerns are appraised they will be massive.

Whoever first attempts to fully evaluate this material should have a broad understanding of human psychology, development and behavior. Familiarity with ancient history of the Americas as well as Europe; winter solstice, oral histories and hypnosis will be very helpful. Note how few people know anything on those subjects and how few books there are even despite December 22nd being the ancient new year for all time and everything we know about humanity before the written word was carried by oral histories. If the initial reader does not possess some knowledge in these areas they should locate someone who does or team with another to assimilate this information, saving time and lives.

I will mention events of historical substance to freshen the readers appreciation of the realities of hypnosis. Human sacrifice was found throughout the world in ancient times. Why did people do these things, how did they compel other to allow it? In voodoo cultures it has been documented that through the use of hypnosis a human being can cause their heart to stop. It should be accepted that, "a mind can do with itself whatever a mind can think of." Autonomic functions are a part of the primordial human mind. Please, throughout your reading of this material do not forget these things.

This next statement must also be utilized to evaluate the entire scenario presented. All of the extreme human behaviors are made possible in the past, resent and future because the human subject had been influenced as a child and subjected to a specific conditioning of their subconscious mind intended to sensitize or develop an ability for radical transition of mental states. The transition drastically alters the subjects perceptions of all information and memory processes with the primordial mind holding exclusive links to the senses.

A naturally occurring and documented example of this is a phenomena is called "deep memory" by psychologists showing that memories gathered while in a conscious state are subject to memory control. Children repress memories of traumatic events until a time much later in life when the information might serve their interests. Instruction to create and maintain memory barriers that permanently conceal post hypnotic instructions occurring in a cataleptic trance that exploits fears can keep a person acting on general instructions given at childhood for their entire life.

Read the attached information, "Winter Solstice & Oral histories as well as "Understanding The Native American Medicine Person."

Native American Medicine people have been using hypnosis, with impunity, on American children for most of the last century because of governmental denial and the resulting public ignorance/vulnerability. The shamans use of hypnosis and natural knowledge of the subconscious human mind are a religion compulsively practiced on others with traditionally, little conscious knowledge. They have been trying to create an official understanding of their ability to control peoples behavior for centuries, law and government will not allow it. Now the leaders of the Medicine people are executing a repeat program that is intended to again force an official understanding.

I am the person who has made the sacrifices necessary to understand exactly how these forms of memory control work or how vulnerable we are because of the continuing refusal by the government and courts to confront the abuses of this knowledge. I have been sent to protect people with an understanding, that will easily serve, with the cooperation of law enforcement and government, to stop what is programmed to happen if an official understanding of the possibilities the Medicine people demonstrate now, is not allowed.

On March 21st 1996 I was programmed to begin to be conscious of a lifetime of hypnotic manipulation, undergone without my conscious awareness for 38 years, mostly by a Chumash Medicine man related to a family who acted as my caregiver when I was age 4 in Santa Barbara CA. In addition to the chronological timing a series of psychologically abusive events acted to compel me to be conscious of my deep memory. Over a period of ninety days I became familiar with a part of my mind I had never had access to before that contained hundreds of pieces of a puzzle necessary to understanding exactly how and why I had been manipulated all of my life. The information came through autonomic re stimulation of the auditory nerves and it was for the most part the voice of the Medicine man as I heard him while I sat at his house in a trance years earlier. After coping with the related disorientation or emotional difficulties I began to realize that the issue of "why" was being addressed in my recall of the Medicine man. He informed me of many documents residing here in various public places that would show that something very serious happened in Santa Barbara in 1876.

Read the included summary "Surrounding a cover-up" to structure a background based in tangibility concerning the collective motive of the Medicine people.

I will list my efforts to gain an official understanding here in Santa Barbara after being forced to conscious awareness of lifelong hypnotic manipulation for the purpose of being able to inform individuals in law enforcement and government of the Medicine people unconscious activities. Using the body of knowledge, an oral history, communicated to me by the 'antap', a group of subconsciously elite Medicine people who have existed for tens of thousands of years, I began to investigate the past. The knowledge included a full account of what happened here in 1876 and the resulting destruction of court case files. Searching the public record I found an ominous 10 year gap in the records of the district court.

I began with a letter to the supervisors.

1. 1/22/97 A 12 page letter to the County board of supervisors called "Chumash Awareness". No response. A visit with an aid met with denial and unconcern. Later requests for a meeting with mental health officials met with more denial, ignorance and unconcern.

2. 8/12/97, After discovering irregularities in the minutes of the board of supervisors in the minutes of 1876 I realized the culpability of the county was great and I filed a civil case here, (#220298) against the county for negligence, failure to preserve records naming also the Medicine man who has been controlling me since his mother in law "handed me over" to him when I was eleven. Unable to find an attorney to take my case I acted in pro per.

3. Discovering that there are arrest and booking records proving the large number of missing court case files, insanity actions, I used the freedom of information act to gain access to the booking records. A response from the county council denying access is attached. Also attached is a declaration from the individual who informed me of the arrest and booking records as well as a statement from the clerk of the superior court stating the number of insanity actions existing in the early court records. Comparing the two will show that at least 300 insanity actions are missing.

4. The county filed a demurrer that was granted 10/27/97 without leave for me to amend my complaint although I opposed the demurrer.

5. I filed a motion, 5/7/98 to disqualify the judge assigned to my case because on 5/15/97 at a hearing in family law court, a motion filed introducing the conspiracy hypnotically using me for consideration in the courts decision, was denied. The judge stated several times that "he would not hear anything about conspiracies". The motion, 5/7/98 to disqualify was denied,

6. The attached declaration and the statement from the Superior court clerk, were both included in a letter to the grand jury requesting an investigation into the missing court case files. Their response of denial is attached. The judge overseeing the grand jury is the same judge who granted the demurrer without leave for me to amend my complaint.

7. I served and filed subpoenas on parties who had custody of the arrest and booking records. The custodian of records at the county jail and a sheriff deputy as de-facto custodian. A week before trial the custodian of records at jail returned my check for witness fees on the advise of county counsel, (letter attached) stating that the records were not in her possession.

8. At a pre-trial hearing, 9/4/98, a filed Motion In Limine was presented to the court by the defendants attorney and trial was set for 9/8/98. On that date the judge questioned the deputy/witness who was behind the bar and off record. The deputy lied concerning the completeness of the records, claiming the subpoenaed records were missing. The judge did not deny or grant the Motion In Limine but wouldn't put the deputy, under oath, on the stand for me to question. The judge would not put the defendant on the stand to testify even though the defendants attorney did not object to my request that the judge do so. The court ruled in the defendants favor, I await sanctions.

The California State Supreme Court here in Santa Barbara County California has abused seriously, its authority, throughout case #220298.

I am not an attorney and I have been given hypnotic instructions at age 6 to be unable to use the reference systems in the law library as well as to have cognitive and perceptual distortions while in places occupied by people with authority. My instructions rule and I cannot function in these ways vital to me in successful completion of legal actions that may protect my life and protect my children's futures. Making it certain that my handling of these legal matters was incompetent in civil as well as trial process. However, judges have a duty in their position to protect the public interest so does the FBI. Protect people, myself and my children from all aspects of compulsive, criminal use of this knowledge of hypnosis. Find the truth, I will help all that I can.

Medicine people are good people, they have been injured by their ancestors with original instructions in a way that makes them dangerous to the public. They want to stop but someone will have to make them. A perception of an official understanding is the condition that they are programmed with that shifts their activity from hurting to helping. They hope we can understand that the knowledge we are missing is what we need in order to be aware that the knowledge is being used to hurt us while we deny it.

I have touched on unknown subjects, global practices of the past and obscure local history in my home town. The recent documents from official entities possessing duties defined by government code, all violating permissible conduct for the respective official capacities should not be ignored if this threat is to be removed from our futures. Missing knowledge is what is needed to be capable of rationally or completely assessing the threat and that is why the recent demonstration of the Medicine people must be acknowledged by law or the many lives lost will have been wasted and many more lost.

Read the database printout of events I picked off of the news that include, I am sure, many concerns of the FBI. Many of these events I was directly told of as well some that match a pattern I was informed of, by personal experience for the purpose of developing a skill at understanding how extreme actions might be created with post hypnotic instruction.

If the Medicine people are allowed to get away with this demonstration, or what they are doing to me, they have vowed to "cut loose". I await a response and expect to be of service.

Aspects of this letter are not accurate because my education through the meshing of the information in my oral history of Santa Barbara and the process of exposing this coverup were not complete. Generally, the lettter is accurate.

RE: Mistakenly omitted material from my certified mailing of 9/24/98.

Dear FBI,

These 8.5x14 copies of the civil index of the district courts early records of Santa Barbara California are described in the mailing of 9/24/98 in #8 of the attachment titled, "Surrounding a cover-up". They partially document a mass event of extreme behavior caused by Native American Medicine people in Santa Barbara that began in 1876.

At the back of the 8.5x14's is a 8.5x11 copy of a page portion from a local newspaper 11/7/96. The highlighted portion contains reference to the elite organization of the Medicine People called 'antap' as well as outlawed sexual practices. Those unconscious practices are hypnotic manipulation/exploitation of genetic behavior programs related to reproduction.

In the weeks prior to a public event held here 11/6/97, my right to free speech was seriously compromised by hypnotic manipulation applied to personnel of a local radio station causing my advertising to play at 2:00 am as well as after the event was over. On 12/26/97 there was an article in the local paper intended to compromise my rights again. It followed a mailing of information meant to inform schools of the Medicine children's abilities. There was another article 2/16/98 relating to information I brought to the county supervisors during a public comment made on 1/20/98 concerning the arrest and booking records that seriously compromised my free speech.

After reviewing all of the material I have provided, if a decision to investigate is made, please get the arrest and booking records before informing Santa Barbara County of your investigation or the destruction of the records is nearly certain.

RE: The 21st day of any month, letter of 9/24/98 to FBI & homicide of Joie Armstrong in Yosemite.

Dear FBI,

My letter of 9/24/98 was intended to create an avenue of information, concerning subconscious programming, for the FBI. I spoke on the phone with Brent Robbins following my written information. Now that Joie Armstrong has been killed on July 21st, the pattern I indicated on the database included with the letter, (copy attached) relating the significance of the days of the month from the 20th to the 24th and the use of the circadian rhythm to coordinate perpetrators and victims in serious crimes, I realize that the ancient factions (no longer Native Americans, note: Columbine shootings also) are using hypnotically programmed individuals to lead you astray in your investigations. Eugene Dykes is such a person.

A properly conducted investigation of the subconscious minds of these men will reveal that they have been programmed in their roles.

I believe I was informed, while in a trance, in perhaps nineteen ninety three of this event.
