How to categorize your fanfics

*Title : For one shot or on part fanfics, simply write the title of the pieces exactly how you want it to appear in the archive.

For series, give the title of the series and chapter or part # as well.

For songfics, filks, or vidclips where the title is different than the piece being used, the the title of the story only.
*Author(s) : The author or authors' names exactly as they should appear in the archive. I'm not a mind reader so you need to write out the full name you want to appear.

If you do not want your name attached to the fanfic, write Anonymous as the name of the author.

Stories will be archived under the names of all the authors listed.

For round robins, write Round Robin as the author. The names of all the individual authors can be included in the body of the fanfic.

*E-mail : This is the e-mail address that will be posted with your fanfic so that people who read your fanfics on this site can give you feedback and praise.

Syra will also use this e-mail address to contact you if needed. If the e-mail address you want posted and the one Syra should use are different, please include both and note it in the submission form.
*URL : This is the URL of the site where I can go fetch your fanfic from if it is already posted up on the net somewhere. This is the preferred method of submitting fics as it take me less time to reformat for this site.

Please give the URL of the story itself if it is a one shot and the page with links to all the parts if it is a series. I'd prefer not to have to go searching through an entire site trying to find your story(s).
Rating : Rate your fanfic as accurately as possible using standard conventions for rating.

G is good for any audience. PG might have a little violence, mild swearing, or adult situations, but nothing graphic. PG-13 has moderate amounts of swearing, violence, and/or sexual references. R has large amounts of swearing, violence, sexual references, and/or other situations that should be avoided by younger readers.

You also have the option of labling it Not Rated if you don't want to have it rated.
File size: For one shots, approximate the file size of your fanfic to the nearest kilobyte (KB). No partial kilobytes please!

For series, approximate the total file size up to the point that is posted.

Standard fanfics can range anywhere from 20 to 100 KB. Including the file size allows readers to look specifically for a short or long fanfic.
Keywords : It's very important to include keywords if possible because that is often how readers decide if they are interested in reading your story.

Write any and all categories that your fanfic falls under so that readers can get a general idea of what your story will be about. Common keywords are alternate universe (AU), the main character/assasin group focused on, crossover (list other series), fan-insertion/self-insertion, filk, original character, parody, poem, romance (pairing), series, songfic/vidfic, yaoi, etc. Basically anything that will describe your fanfic to the readers.
Spoilers : Anything in your story that might give away and event, scene, or explination in the manga or anime your readers might not know yet.

If there are only spoilers for a specific episode/mange, write the number. If there are spoilers up through a certain point, write Through Ep #__.
Warnings: Because of the nature of Weiss Kreuz, may fanfics contain material that some readers might wish to avoid.

Common warnings are things such as yaoi, shonen-ai, character death, graphic violence, excessive swearing, non-consentual sex, high levels of gore factor, etc.
Summary : Write one or two lines describing the main idea behind the story without giving away the ending. Try to keep it short and catchy.

Very important to include if possible! Check the archive for examples if you're not sure how to fill this part out.
