"Rock" shown here with his American handler Jan Covey who finished him is sired by "Smash" out of Cashmere In Concert (Ch. Baliwick Blackmale x Ch. Tamra's All That Glitters) bred by Susan Burke and Lynn McLoughlin (Cashmere). "Rock" is now back home and will live his life out here at Capri, where he is safe, sound and happy once again. "Rock" is one of the two "Smash" sons left in the world however, he is NOT available nor will he be offered at public stud. For those with inquiring minds that need to know - YES - Rock's left eye has now broken with a cataract nearly two years after his return from Brazil. Though the question will always remain and even though I have been assured that this is not hereditary, any questions may be directed to me. His right eye remains clear and he comes from over five generations of permanently clear ancestors. "Rock" has sired 3 puppies in the U.S. and all have been spayed/neutered and placed in loving homes.

"Lee" has sired 7 American (in 3 litters) and 5 (in 2 litters) Canadian champions with more to come. "Lee" lives in Canada with Karen Mackie-Berry of Kamabear Cockers, and is the other "Smash" son left in the world. Bred by Ron Vaughn of Ron-D Cockers, "Lee" is out of his Ch. Glenmurray's High Society, C.D., CGC. Thank you Karen for loving "Lee" and letting me keep him, even if only for a couple of days each time he comes down for his eye exam. "Lee" was SLT/PRA cleared and CERFED at nearly 8 years of age.

"Bailey" is sired by A/C Ch. Ron-D He's A Smash x Ch. Glenmurray's Steppin Out At Noon. She finished her championship handled by Lisa Arnett at the Jan '96 ASC by going WB/BW. "Bailey" was bred once to "Smash" and the litter of one became her 1st champion and Smash's 31st - Ch. Ron-D 'N Capri Last Smash. "Bailey" has now been spayed and returned to Capri Cockers where she will live out her life in the company of her daughter "Flash" and "Five-O". Thank you Ron for returning "Bailey" home and thank you Jim and Ken (Budken) for breeding such a wonderful specimen of the Cocker Spaniel. "Bailey" was CERFED September, 2000.
