HOW TO ORDER: To place an order, either

• Send me an e-mail listing those items you'd like to purchase. (It's easy to just cut and paste those line items you'd like to purchase into an e-mail.) I'll pack your order and send you a return e-mail, confirming what was in stock (usually it will be everything you requested), and confirming the total amount to send. I will expect your payment to arrive within 7 days from the time I send the return e-mail. Those who don't provide payment in a timely manner will, unfortunately, lose their ability to place orders via e-mail.

• "Snail mail" me a list of things you'd like to purchase and include payment with your order. I'll pack and ship the items to you, and if anything is out of stock, will provide an appropriate refund. (For very small amounts, it might be some mint postage; for larger amounts, I'll send you a refund check.)

CONDITION: All used stamps are at least F-VF (many, if not most, are better), and all are solid, with no pulled perfs, no creases, no thins, no heavy cancels, etc. -- guaranteed! Used PS2, PS3, and PS5 strips may have slightly larger cancels than the PS1s, as they usually come off packages, and likely have been hit with a larger canceling device. Mint stamps will be at least F-VF (most better), MNH, post office fresh -- guaranteed! (If you absolutely require a minimum grade of VF, please add 10% to your order.) If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the stamps within 5 days of receipt for replacement, credit, or a full refund. Absolutely, positively, guaranteed! My policy is “zero hassles.”

DOMESTIC POSTAGE AND HANDLING: I pay postage and handling on all domestic orders of $10.00 or more. Please add 50˘ for postage and handling on orders under $10.00. For orders of $50.00 or more, I’ll provide insurance at no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE AND HANDLING: I pay postage and handling on all international orders of $25.00 or more. Please add $1.50 for postage and handling on orders under $25.00.

TERMS: I will accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal in payment for the stamps, payable in U.S. dollars. (Sorry, I don't accept credit cards EXCEPT via PayPal.) I will also accept all denominations of mint U.S. stamps (no fractionals or precancels, please) at full face value.

TRADES: Many collectors have collections or duplicate PNCs that they'd like to trade. I’m very willing to work with you to build my stock and to help you unload these unneeded items. What I typically ask is that you send them to me for an offer. I will review your material and make you an offer in a timely manner. Then I will hold your lot intact pending your acceptance. If you accept the offer, just place an order with me for that amount. If you are unhappy with the offer, I will return your stamps intact, at my cost. For trades involving expensive material, always e-mail me first before sending any material. Lastly, on trades, the 10% discount mentioned below does not apply.

PRICING: I will attempt to keep prices current on this web site at all times. However, prices are subject to change at any time due to market conditions. This rarely happens, but just in case, be forewarned.

DISCOUNT: You are always entitled to a 10% discount on any order totaling $50.00 or more.
