HEALING POTIONS



ELIXERS and DECOCTIONS

SLEEP

1 oz. Valerian root
1 oz. Scullcap
1 oz. Lady's Slipper
1 oz. Vervain

Mix combined herbs with
1 1/2 Quarts of distilled water .
Bring to boil and remove from heat .
Cover tightly and let steep for 20-30 minutes .
May be taken hot or cold .
Sweeten to taste .
