Lance Henriksen plays a low-budget James Bond type spy. He is being chased by other CIA agents that want a certain disc. He finds out that he has a daughter and gives her the disc. Charlie (Lance's daughter) is then chased by the crime cartel led by Sarah Douglas.

She plays Carla Davis. Her character was once in love with the Lance character. Now she is chasing his daughter and killing his other kids in the process. Sarah's character is very mean. Not that she has played these type of characters before. Sarah has a very large role in the movie.

Kristie Philips plays Charlie. She is a female Steven Seagal. She knows martial arts and is a professional gymnastics player for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Kristie showed some acting talent in the movie. Tim Thomerson plays a reporter that helps Charlie with he crime cartel gang.
