Sapphire & Diamond Estate Ring Sapphire and diamond ring set in 10k white gold. There are 12 sapphires surrounding 5 diamonds. The diamonds are set higher than the surrounding sapphires. Each stone is very small in a traditional cocktail ring setting. The ring was purchased about 20 years ago and has not been worn for about 12 years. It is size 6.5, with a slight skew to the opening from wear.
