WHAT PROMPTED THE CREATION OF THIS SITE:
Recently, we were contacted by a detective who was investigating someone we knew. This person is/was one of our perps and is/was involved in the "group".After speaking to the detective we were left with a decision to make. He wanted us to make a legal declaration against "sarg". We, even though scared, started to consider it, until, we got an unexpected visit from others in the "group".
Evidently they had been contacted too and assumed we had as well. They made it very clear, verbally and physically, that if we talked or went through with anything we would regret it. When we talked to the detective again we asked allot of questions. Unfortunately with his responses we felt that our safety could not be ensured. With that we declined to make any official statement and claimed we knew nothing that would help. We did not want to risk the safety of our children, family, friends or self.
Inside we now feel horrible because we know that once again they silenced us. They reminded and enforced the "no-talk - no tell" rule.We want to take a stand and break the chains of silence - we want to challenge the "no talk -no tell" rule - yet we also want to ensure some level of safety.
We believe that creating this web site provides us that level of safety and we can
