too short we live,
too soon we die,
too little we give,
too much we cry.

too little we care,
too much we sigh,
too little we share,
too much we lie.

the life that lives the life it should--
so much it gives, so much it could.
the life that dies before it's time--
everyone cries at the light they shine.
