I was first introduced to "Baddgrrl" Lorraine when I was watching a news segment on television about "Web Celebraties". You can watch her live at work and maybe, if you're lucky, even at home. She also includes a daily journal for all to read. After reading one of her entries, I have to admit that I was hooked to not only her journal but many others that she's mentioned by name. Be warned, she holds nothing back especially when there's "Two D's, two R's and a whole lot of attitude"! In addition, she inspired me to start my own journal of sorts. Go check her out!!! |

Here's another web journal that I like to read. Mare, or "M", is a very insightful and jubilent young woman. She speaks her mind and always gives up any kind of 411 she finds. Unlike Lorraine, she doesn't want anyone to know what she looks like (only the backside…which isn't all that bad). Anyhoo, she probably broke many-a-hearts just by sittin' perty (k/a k/a). Don't forget to read her Rampage Updates. |

Julie of PunyDotNet is a New Yorker going through life like any other. I find her sense of humor sharp and provoking. What I especially like is the fact that she's a fellow ABC (I think) livin' it large on the East coast. Similarities/Differences between ABC's on different ends of the continent make interesting reading, donchathink? Well, check her site out and you be the judge. |

Here's Josh, owner of the Swank Condo. After reading journals of three women, I needed a male perspective. His experiences with women and other issues to an extent parallel mine. His question of the day (if he chooses to ask one) is not only thought provoking but also borders on the perverse (sorry, bro). Someone told me I kinda look like him. Whoah…no way. Big Wassupers to the Josh-Man!!! |

Blue is another web journalist that jots down her thoughts and ramblings about people, life, whatever comes to mind. Like Mare, Blue is expressive but a little shy (she teases you with a half shot of her face and baby pictures). If only she took a picture of the upper half of her face, I would be able to cut and paste the two pics together! You have to see the picture of her squeaky clean bathroom! |

Brian, Grace, and cute widdle Matt make up the "Yams" family. The fact that they're a family and they give you the 411's about being a family make their page all the more appealing to me. It kinda foreshadows what I have in stored for the future. Brian's a caring husband and father, and Grace is a heroic wife and mother. And who could forget about Matt?!! Best visit their Home On The Net for a moment of cute (as my little bro would say) God Bless and protect them all. |

Here’s Mr. EvilLance (Lance Watanabe). I’m not quite sure how I found Lance’s URL, but I was hooked immediately by virtue of the fact that he’s from mah hometown and posts a lot of pics of "ono-licious" food from the isle (much to my woe). He’s a single guy high on Jamba Juice and constant Volleyball distractions. Read his sordid tales of being single, Asian, and horny. Ooops…think I added that one in…mah bad. Cheers, Lance! |

Nelson has it all hooked up. He has an E-Zine, journal, and webcam goin’ on! What a busy guy! If not for his crazy journals, I sometimes depend on the 411 that Nels gives up occasionally to keep abreast on contemporary matters. Filled with news about life, the Asian Community, and Internet commerce, how can you pass this one up? If ya ain’t convinced…he Flowbee’s his hair online…good enough for me! |

I met Dave at a ‘gathering’ and found out that he was once an accountant like myself before he was coerced by the Dark Side (I sense a disturbance in the force…). What intrigued me about him was the fact that he found the girls in Hawaii "average". I know…I know…I was like WTF myself, but that’s the great thing about DKSF. He’s imaginative and carefree; qualities that endure a lot longer than bandwagon hoppers. And please don’t get him started on basketball…his eyes will glaze over as his mind and body is taken over by something overowering (and unlubricated). |

Man...what can I say about Bleaky that she hasn't already said herself. The most obvious attraction to her site is that she REALLY speaks her mind...no holds barred! She's jumped from one domain to another like a crack dealer from car to car. She has a comic strip that she produces, draws, colors...everything! I had the honor of meeting her and her beau in LA. Let me just say "Janus" (Greek mythology). Perhaps she put her best foot forward during our initial rendezvous, but she couldn't be any sweeter of a person. |

Winnie's another very "open" babe in LA spewin' off things, in a very honest nature, off the top of her head. The appeal for me is the mixture of a journal and an e-zine. Either that or I dig it when a chick speaks her mind yet shrouds herself in mystery. I guess that's my gig. Oh...her husband's name is Kevin as well. Truly a plus! |
| Over the past year or two I've become rather good friends with Yvonne. Although she's put a freeze on updating her site, I highly recommend you folx go back and read her archives. She's an avid golfer, snowboarder, and (recently) a fitness freak. Above all, she's sincerely devoted to the Big Man/Woman above. I'm sure if you email her enough, she'll tease ya with o' bit of sumpin' sumpin'. Hey, Yvonne!!! | |

Ms. Coma's web-journal/e-zine speaks for itself. I especially look forward to her movie/video reviews as well as all the interesting gossip/stuff she finds on the net. She is by far a "reality-based TV" junkie. From The Real World to Survivor...you name it...she TIVO'd it. It's kinda cool since she has satellite TV...she knows who wins before it hits the west coast. How cool is that?!! |

If I ever had a twin sister, I'd say Pam would be the closest to fit the description. A transplant from Hawaii...lives in the Bay Area...an accountant at a public accounting firm...has a "significant other" who's also from Hawaii...Kinda scary, ain't it? But if you think of it, I'm probably HER evil-twin. I'm very quick to identify with what she writes cuz oftentimes I find myself thinking the very same things. I just too lazy to write all of it down. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone on all of this. Howzit, Sistah Pam!!! |
