Who are we?
We're not any different from you. The only possible difference is that we've learned a bit more about the environment and the assault it is currently under, so we know that action has to be taken to save what's left before it is gone. But hopefully you can catch up to us so we'll be working side-by-side sooner rather than later.

We are also tired and hungry college students working hard despite having very limited knowledge about web page design. Thank the stars I had a Creating Web Pages Simplified book or this project would have been doomed from the start. Still, it's a little hard writing your own code. Not that we're complaining because it was a blast doing all this, it was just a little hard. But as we practice this stuff we'll get better, and it will get easier and easier to do better and better HTML code that will look really spiffy!

We couldn't have done any of this without our great teacher, Mr. Booth, breathing down our necks and keeping us informed and scared of the state of the world class after class. Speaking of, we'd like to thank both books from our class. State of the World 2000 is a frightning book but definately worth checking out for a factual look at what's really going on in the world. Don't even try to deny what's written in there; they've listed the sources and the sources their sources use. The references could fit into a whole other book! But most of all we give credit to Daniel Quinn's excellent Ishmael, because that really woke us up and made us say "hey, the world is in trouble but the fight isn't over yet! Let's get involved right now!" And so we have.
