THE OUTSIDERS ENCYCLOPEDIA:
Volume 2: Technological Reference

Alien Ships Seen: NN, NOE, Mov
Throughout Senior year, a Mess of Strange Alien Vessels Made Several Attacks on the Oustiders. They consist of three types: Master ships, huger than heck, and deadly to boot; WarShips, powerfully flying batteries of death; and the portable fighter ships, small, wicked, and easily bliwn up by any number of simple anime attacks. These ships are based off of a fusion of alien technology found at a crashsite in Roswell and human technology thanks to the government. They are all run by autopilot save for the fighters, which are piloted by killer Crustacean mutants.

Deadly Alarm Clock Seen: E2, TG
One of the 'weapons' developed by Ryan Watt to aid the Outsiders in their defense while locked inside the school during one firedrill. The Deadly alarm clock is loaded into a really big slingshot and fired at someone's head at point blank range. It hurts a lot. It is used by Danae.

Door in A Jar Seen: E2, TG
Open the Jar, throw the gooey green contents on a wall, and in seconds: Instant Door! Just keep contents away from the face. This is another stolen idea used by Ryan in the Ousiders defense against the M.A.N and the government, although Michelle was the one who usually carried it.

Garbage Armor Seen: NN, Mov
During the First Great Alien Battle during the summer of 2000, Frank through together hunks of metal into a makeshift armor that holds and fires rotten food, picked up at a restaurant near the battle. The armor is less than perfect, even after undergoing adjustments before the Second Alien Battle. But it does in a pinch, and clogs arteries. But her, Frank was using the freshest food they had!

E.V.A.N.s Seen: NN, Mov
The Earth Vanguard Artillary Noids are Evan Daly's greatest technological achievement. They are three giant robot mechas piloted by members of the supporting cast into battle against whatever comes across the Outsiders that needs giant four story tall robots to defeat them. Basically that has limited their uses down to the tro Great Alien Battles. They are still pretty cool, and come in three designer colors!

Fraction Guns Seen: BSH
Got a problem? Blow it away with Math Guns! Got a problem with robot ninjas attacking you and your friends? Then try Fraction Guns and blow 3/5, 4/9, or 7/10ths of them away. Just be careful when aiming those fingers that you don't accidentally fire it on yourself! That said, enjoy your newfound fractional abilities!

Improbabality Driver Seen: DAA, BSH, NOE, TG
Just what is the probability that two dozen tons of boiled herring will fall on Montana? Well, with this device, you could find out that exact probability, then cause it to happen! This device is an adjunct to the Rhode Island Spatial Warping Device. That means that it can alter space time as well as the first time, only with more improbable results. It can also create improbability fields that encourage strange events to happen.

Laser of Death Q-Tip Seen: E2, TG
Another of the Outsider handheld weapon series, the laser of death Q-Tip is just that: A Q-tip that fires lasers. The real point of this isn't clear. Why would anyone want to disguise a high powered laser as something to clean ears with? Who knows. Ryan stole the idea. This weapon is weilded by Eirik.

Microphone Seen: E2, TG
What does it do? It amplifies your voice electronically. Is that the onbutton? No. It's the button that makes Eirik's socks explode. Ara weilded this weapon in the battle with the Shasky-Bot. It isn't an overly great weapon, but comes in handy when you need to blow your way into somewhere and have one of Eirik's socks.

Nuclear Armed Furby Seen: RM
The end all of all time and space... well, idealy it is. This device was the final event of the Apocalypse seen in "We're a Riotous Mob". This large child's toy caused an explosion that killed off the entire population of the Earth. Of course, the next day things were back to normal with only a few Sequoians remembering it. But eh, who cares?

Rhode Island Spatial Warping Devices Seen: PD, DL, NOE, Mov, TG
This device was originally created to aid the Outsiders found their country of Rhode Island after taking over the school... which never happened. The device contains a small pocket reality in the middle, one whose physical laws can be altered by the little interface on the machine. Then, the device simply swaps the laws of the real universe and the pocket one, allowing you to thus change space and time as you please. Changes can be small like creating the Ghostbusters, or big like turning everyone into their Haloween costumes.

Personalised Rhode Island Spatial Warping Devices (PRISWarpers) have been built to accentuate some people's personal abilites. This includes giving people anime fighter skills, making them half vampires, or making them witches. These devices are smaller, usually wrist of belt mounted, and only effect the reality of one person, not many.

Robot Librarian Seen: E2, Mov, TG
A strange new figure at the school this year: Florian Shasky, the robot librarian. He was put there by a government official in order to try and gain control of some of the powerful forces around Sequoia. He went after the Fountain of Youth, failing when he faced off with the Outsiders. Now that his boss has been defeated, it is not known what he will do, though supposedly there is a betting pool being taken.

Robot Ninjas Seen: BSH
Under the employ of the M.A.N, the robot ninjas are the nameless, expendible troops of evil that have on occassion harrassed the Outsiders. They were the powerful advisaries that blocked their path to the Ancient Vault.

SolidAparells Seen: NN, Mov
To combat the Alien Crustaceans in the First Great Alien Battle, Mike Ivanov borrowed the creations of his and his brother: SollidAparrels. These powersuits are worn by average humans, who then gain incredible strength, weapons, flight capabilities, and agility. The first people to wear them were dubbed the Drama Players, though in the Second Great Alien Battle, Mike donned his personal suit, complete with high tech sensor devices into battle.
