I am Phantomon.... after a recent, untimely accident on my part, I have been 'downsized' and have been forced to take up work here
on Emperor Fred's Storehouse as the enforcer of legality. Basically, that means I get to tell you about this site's copyrights... *grumble* So Listen Up!!
This Page Exists to Affirm the Rights of Those People Who Deserve the Credit For the Work on this Site
First of all: The written work in all of the stories is the property of Ryan Watt, including all characters, places, events, and actions.
The only exceptions to this are as follows: The Story "Antagonist" is authored by Amy Adams, edited by Ryan, and the Outsider's stories which feature real people
who have given permission to be in the story. If you are either Amy Adams and do not want "Antagonist" up here, or are a character in the Outsiders story who does not wish to be, please inform Ryan.
Secondly: The artwork seen throughout this page are actually not Ryan's property entirely. The link buttons and banners, as well as the image of Little Tokyo
are all edited images of ones currently existing on-line. Real owners include: Jim Henson Productions, Nintendo and Game Freaks, ADVision, Bandai, and others.
Phantomon, Little Washu, and other characters hosting particular pages are not owned by Ryan nor are their images used here.
Thirdly: Humour Lists. Mostly these are on-line joke/chain e-mails that have been gathered here, or are joint creations of myself, Mike Ivanov's, and occasionally Asher Wilson
Fourthly: There are a host of copyrights that need to be stated concerning the story Walkabout. Those can be found here:
Walkabout Copyrights
As far as the above copyrights go, this is what I have to say. If you wish to put up one of Ryan's stories on your site, please contact him using the e-mail adress on the sidebar FIRST.
For the banners and buttons: As you will be putting them as links to this site, I do not mind you using them. But please download them and upload them on your site as Angelfire throws fits over remote loaded images.
For the Humour Lists, as Ryan has put the effort in to putting them on-line, he would apreciate you e-mailing him first about them. The ones that are done by him and friends he request being asked about no matter what.
With the copyrights that belong to other people, you will have to talk to them about their property. You may contact Amy Adams through us if you wish.
And for your Co-opertation, We thank You. It is because of people who respect other people's work that Ryan feels secure in putting his work on-line (with a little borrowing from others).
