The Aquilae's total war against Chaos must be stopped. By calling upon nuetral empires saying that they are protecting them from CC invasion is their perogrative. The Blockade will continue as long at it takes to make Aquilae backdown. As long as Aquilae exists and continues to attack Chaos will we continue to strive to end the foolish GDI by whatever means necessary. Nuetral empires that believe they may come under attack from Chaos need only to make diplomatic treaties with Chaos and show no support to GDI ensuring their safety. Chaos members honor thier treaties with those that fully support the CC members. The blockade will include total military action against any ship found supplying the Aquilae. Relief ships may enter to provide medical supplies but smugglers will be executed upon conviction.
