   2.16.00 Devorae Imperium Closes Borders

1)the Devorae Imperium officially closes it borders to all types of military actions and support. Only trading of neccessary goods are allowed.
1a)This means that the Devorae Imperium is now a Neutral State. No membership of the Chaos Contingency is recognized nor are there plans to join ANY Alliance. All previous CC security protcols and plans were deleted to ensure our safety from possible retaliation from CC members. Therefore no CC secrets shall be revealed and our particpation in CC has ended.
2)A cease fire now exists between GDI, Aquilae and the Devorae Imperium. A basic trade alliance will be extended to the Aquilae to ensure no GDI retaliation will occur on our now Nuetral Status. The trade alliance will help rebuild lost quadrants in the Devorae vs. Aquilae war. Therefore the Imperium will recieve no appreciable losses from the war and will effectively NOT lose the 1.5 quads.
3)Our support in the war: Amertanja vs. Solarion will be withdrawn to further show our Nuetrality per First Lord Azeroth. Apologies to the honorable CC warriors that gave their lives in combat.
4)Any attack upon the Imperium from any source will be viewed as a malacious attack upon a Nuetral power and we will excercise self-defense. This includes retaliation from CC,GDI, or any non-alliance scavengers. If necessary we will call upon any who may be able to support us and our stance of nuetrality.
5)We wish to maintain our treaties and hopefully increase our treaties with other Empires. We accept the possiblity of losing valued partnerships from CC powers and we hope we can continue our prosperous trade. We hope that CC accepts our stance of nuetrality and as well as the GDI. The Imperium has formally withdrawn its warriors and warships back to the home fleet to strengthen ourselves from within.
Any warship entering Imperium space is an act of war. This is a demilitarized zone. Oue warships will patrol and enforce this Imperium Dictate.
6)Rebels will be subject to Imperium Justice to maintain order and continue our way of existance.
