"In order to halt the Imperium and FCS invasion the Kelarian Preserve will need to comply to the following:"
  • 1) end all declared conflicts on CC members, those CC members that you have attacked have the right to request territorial compensation from you and I leave that to them on thier own time.
  • 2) hand over 0.2 quads to the Imperium and 0.2 quads to the FCS. Otherwise the invasion for 0.7 will continue. (only 0.4 quads because I think the other CC members will demand a tribute so I leave some for them if they want to ask for it).
  • 3)email a private apology to Valiant for causing him "such a headache" heh...I will confirm with him that he recieves it.
  • 4) Commander Judj has the right to continue trade sactions as he sees fit and any other actions he wishes to pursue. Remember, he has imposed quite a strict sanction. Any who ally with you become enemies of FCS also.
  • 5) You will sign a non-intercourse with EVERY SINGLE CC MEMBER! This will ensure that your people can live in relative peace so as long as you do not enter or interfere with any CC member's territory or political movements.

**Supplemental**
The Imperium has ruled that the Kelarian Preserve pose no threat to the Imperium nor our allies. Therefore, the Imperium is content on the acceptance of Kelarian to Federated Colonial State Protectorate agreement. All that is required is a non-intercourse treaty with the Imperium.
