Evacuate the systems or we shall Declare War upon the LoE member. If the UCE agrees you shall avoid the cost of war and no further Devorae actions will occur against the UCE. You have 1 week to state your intentions after that we will invade the territory for an undisclosed higher amount of quadrants. Also ....we ask that the Kentarians, Solarion Empire, Dark Moon, and Romulan Star Empire to sever thier relations with the Anti-Devorae LoE member, United Colors Empire. Jan 11, 2000 is the deadline. **Supplemental**
IF King Re'Kor is successful in meeting with LoE and having Anti-Devorae propoganda removed and all bouties cancelled. We shall sign a NON-INTERCOURSE with UCE and not invade his territories. This must be done by Jan 11, 2000. The non-intercourse shall allow both empires to confiscate ships found wandering within another's borders. And no military ships in the "buffer zone" or this is act of war.
