First Contact was established by the Azurite species with many empires recently. They are a very different species consisting of what the Devorae view as blue rock and crystal. After viewing thier biology in thier first contact and request of the return of thier people, we discovered that the Devorae amount to "demons" to them. Our bodies themselves cause them pain and mute thier forms of communication. Therefore, High Lord Maximus has provided the Forchain, the only Partnership of the Azurite at this time, with Colony ships suited to Azurite existance. The Forchain and the colony ships will round up all Azurite in the Imperium and help them out of our borders so theu may return home. Anyone found using Azurite of trading it will be detained for futher questioning as the Azurite is transferred to the Forchain.
