The Cere Protectorate District is now under complete Imperium Control. The remaining Cere Alliance of 0.8 quads is still in disarry from warring factions. This has spilled over into Minervan borders. The Minervan Empire has called for us to support their invasion to restore a sense of order to the systems. The Minervan are now allowed to use the Cere Protectorate for advanced staging operations into the Cere. A Military Alliance proposal is underway with the Minervan Empire to make the joint takeover an official Imperium Dictate.
**SUPPLEMENTAL**
The Minervan occupation is complete and the Cere Alliance now does not exist. The Minervan have haded control of 3 systems to our Cere Protectorate District (CPD). The 3 systems will be used for inter-commerce with the capable Minervans.
