Review for 10/08/99 Louisville,KY

Well my friend and I drove all the way from Indiana to catch the Bryan White show at Cardinal Stadium. The show started around 6:30 or so. If you bought a ticket to the hockey game you got to see Bryan for free. He played on the University of Louisville's football stadium. It was really cool. He did his usuals, Rebecca Lynn, Someone Else's Stat, Bad Day, Look At Me Now, The Shania Twain duet, and a bunch others. He finished with So Much For Pretending. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen. After that we went to the meet and greet and during the meet and greet a few of the guys started tossing the football around it was pretty cool. I hope to go again sometime soon. Amy Smith

Bryan White Concert Review by Melissa Loncariac

Concert Review -- Pensacola, Florida by: Melissa Loncaric, Staff Journalist

The day I had long been anticipating had finally arrived. This being my second Bryan White experience, I was excited to see how he'd changed since I had seen him back in February of 1995. I was astonished at what I saw and heard. What had begun as a kid up on stage doing his thing, had transformed into a man who knew exactly what he was doing and exactly how to do it. His unbelievable voice, confidence, and stage presence blew me away. Of coarse, the fact that he's slightly more than incredibly attractive didn't hurt either.

Bryan is an artist full of enthusiasm and life. I don't recall a single moment during the show that both of his legs were in a stationary position. A smile, a raise of of the eyebrow, or a wave of the hand was all it took to send the ladies into a frenzy. Bryan White is more than just a coverboy for teen magazines; he is an artist who comes around only once in a music-lover's lifetime. I don't believe that there's a song in the world that this Oklahoma boy can't sing. He opens his mouth and musical perfection flows out. A voice so strong and pure seems strange coming from 23 year-old vocal chords, but he pulls it off beautifully and leaves the listener longing for more.

After noticing my own reaction to his performance, I looked around at the audience and realized that everyone else was smiling and singing along until that moment in the song where Bryan let it all go. It was then that people were holding their breath and sat motionlessly in awe.

Along with his 7-piece band, Bryan proves that his talent doesn't end with spectacular vocals. By the look on his face, one might assume that he gets as much out of strumming his guitar as he does displaying his vocal gift. The audience was treated to some of his past hits as well as a few cuts from his new CD, The Right Place, set for a September 23 release. From the sound of the crowd when the music began for his current single, Love Is The Right Place, this could be his biggest song yet.

Bryan White provided the thousands in attendance with an unforgettable evening. He is an artist you'll only need to see once in concert to fall in love with. His voice echoing throughout an arena is one of the best musical experiences I've ever taken part in. One thing's for sure, Bryan is definitely in The Right Place!
