Taylor, Nettie M. 98,
Guysborough, formerly of Cooks Cove,
died December 15, 1994, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital.
Born in Cooks Cove, she was a daughter of
the late George and Mary (Atkins) Spanks.
She was an elder of Wesley United Church
and member of the UCW. She was a
Sunday school teacher for many years.
Surviving are her daughters, Beatrice (Mrs Donald Corkum),
Marion Dort, Cooks Cove; sons Harold, Earl,
Cooks Cove; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren
and great-great-grandchildren. She was
predeceased by her husband, William;
10 brothers. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. today
in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Wesley United Church,
Rev. Bill Ford officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery,
Guysborough. Donations to Guysborough Memorial hospital.
