Worth, Arthur Joseph - 71,
Halifax, formerly of Salt Springs, Pictou County,
died Sunday in Victoria General Hospital.
Born in North Ogden, Guysborough County,
he was a son of the late Benjamin and Catherine (Murray) Worth.
He was a retired laborer.
He was an adherent of the Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by six daughters,
Barbara (Mrs. Ronald Fraser) Hopewell;
Eleanor (Mrs. Wesley Cameron), Florence (Mrs. Sam Harris),
both of Salt Springs; Marcia Cameron, Mount Thom;
Carolyn (Mrs. Wayne Druhan), Linda (Mrs. Arthur MacEachern),
both of Westville; two sons, Arthur, David, both at home;
a brother, Stanley, Guysborough; six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two brothers, two sisters.
The body is in H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow,
visiting 7-9 p.m. today and from where funeral will be held
11 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Waldon Mose officiating.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.
